I have never left a bad review for a place, I rather not leave reviews at all if I have nothing good to say, but this place is just something else. Be warned, do not change your tires here. I went to change my tire, I was welcomed, I try to get my warranty cause my tire popped on the road “ah you didn’t pay for road damage warranty, only premature wear”, okay, I say oh well I will need my tire replaced cause I am driving on my spare and need to work the next day. I give the receipt from the last Tires Plus I got my tires at in Florida, I tell the guy I need the tire to match this model and brand, “okay we have 7”, okay great! I go have a sit and wait almost 2 hours “your tire is ready.” I go and pay, added road damage warranty just in case, I go out and look at my new tire. IT LOOKS DIFFERENT. The guy comes out “what is wrong? oh yeah we put on a different one cause the one you wanted is for off roading and we don’t have it, it is the same brand though!” WHAT? In my head I am shocked but I don’t say anything, idk what just happened “this one is probably better, it is quieter. You can come back and we can order the right one if you want. SORRY BUDDY” I leave cause I had just moved t

helped with a tire replacement under the extended warranty when mine had a nail in it. they didn't have the tire in stock, so they were able to quickly have a delivery person pick it up and get it to the store so I wouldn't have to wait additional days or get anywhere else. it was great!

I came in yesterday with a tire that had gone low again, on a stormy morning heading into a holiday weekend. Not ideal timing. I made the appointment from work and went straight there after my shift. The service was fast, the repair was solid, and the staff were genuinely kind. No upsell pressure, no long wait. Exactly what you need when you are trying to stay safe on the road and get on with your day. Tires Plus of Smyrna will be my go-to. My favorite part was the thorough inspection and proof of the alignment before and after.

This is my go to tire and auto shop! The staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable! Greg was an absolute joy to work with and addressed all my concerns for my vehicle, answered all my questions, and kept me cracking up throughout the whole appointment! Greg and his team run an amazing tires plus shop that gives you excellent service in a timely manner!

Let me start by saying that I lived in the Smyrna area for almost 15 years. This is one of only three places I ever take my family cars. The staff is always accommodating. It is minutes away from my job. I just recently had my starter replaced. It unfortunately went out on me coming to work on a Tuesday morning. The situation was bad. I was sure it would take some time to fix it. Honestly, I thought at least one day or two. It went in that morning and was done that afternoon. The sales rep was Jerome. He kept me informed from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Thank you, Tires Plus. Even though we have left Smyrna, I am still a loyal customer to this specific location. They never disappoint.
